Walk the Talk is a three-days transformative training program that expands on key concepts you learn during the ORSC™ courses. You will learn to deepen the exploration of being in right relationship with self, with other and with our larger world.
“Walking your talk” is such a familiar statement and yet so much easier said than done. We live and coach in a world caught up in turmoil, often at the expense of paying attention to how our own internal system responds to external disturbances.
As ORSC™ professionals, we all have extended our hands and our hearts in service of something bigger than ourselves. What does it mean to live this work, not only to practice it with clients? This course offers you the chance to walk the talk of right relationship yourself.
The Walk the Talk program encourages Deep Dialogue between our participants. Your ability to Walk the Talk of Right Relationship will unfold during the 3-day program.
How am I in right relationship with my self and my many aspects of self?
How do my many aspects of self dance with the many aspects of self of others?
How is each relationship a path to a deepened self-awareness?
Through which lens do we look at another and what do we project?
What impact does our third entity have on the world?
How am I in right relationship with the larger systems I am part of?
How do I let these systems inform me? What can they teach me?
How do I open up to the universal system and speak as a voice from this system?
