Trainer certification
The Process Communication Model helps you to observe your own and other people's behavior and understand our different personalities and preferences. Practicing PCM means learning to effectively adapt the things that you say, do, and show, and make the most of every conversation, every situation, every day.
This is how it works
PCM is the premier tool for decoding human interactions. It differentiates among six personality types, which we all have in us: Thinker, Persister, Rebel, Promoter, Harmonizer, and Imaginer. Each type has its own strengths and preferences. A different combination takes center stage in every one of us. Practice PCM in four steps:
What you learn:
|
Understanding your preferences means knowing what you need to be in a good place. It will help you to manage your stress and take care of yourself. |
|
Observing other people's recognizable behavior reveals their preferences and the best way to approach them. |
|
Based on what you observe, you will know what to do, say, and show, so that you can make a genuine connection that works for you both. |
|
With positive daily interactions at work, in meetings, video calls, presentations, social situations - and at home too. |

PCM was developed by American clinical psychologist, Dr. Taibi Kahler in the late 1970’s. As a researcher of Transactional Analysis, he discovered universal patterns of distress behavior and identified the conditions that individuals need in order to thrive. In addition, Kahler also discovered six personality types that allows every one of us to predict stress behavior, implement prevention strategies and reinforce positive changes.
Kahler made PCM available for coaches and trainers worldwide, resulting in a network of over 4,000 trainers and coaches in 54 countries. So far, over 1.4 million people have enjoyed the benefits of PCM.
