Build your skills to decode others’ behaviors and motivations. You train what you say—and how—to interact most meaningfully with others, including those you once struggled to communicate with. Practice your skills and build your confidence and resilience.
Recognize predictable stress behavior
Observing your own and others’ most effective communication styles, you will be able to spot the first signs of miscommunication and stress and reconnect to get back in sync. This ability to prevent misunderstandings and disengagement can help bust stress and all its unproductive behaviors.
Self-awareness and motivation
Understanding your personality and your preferences means knowing what you need to be at your best and how to fulfill these needs. You learn to recognize needs of others and build your skills in motivation. You will be able to manage your stress and motivate yourself and others.

Learn to understand human behavior. Dramatically grow your ability to connect with and motivate yourself and others, while developing skills to prevent and resolve miscommunication and distress. With practical exercises you learn how to communicate with different types of people, in every situation.
Your investment in this training course is € 1880,00 (excluding 21% VAT).
Are you following the training privately or through a VAT-exempt organisation (e.g. government, healthcare institution or bank)? Then we offer you the advantageous option of not paying VAT, but only a surcharge of 10% on the training and that which is inextricably linked to the training. Your investment is then € 1880,00. You can indicate this during your registration (online or by telephone).
There is a € 262,50 (excluding VAT) charge for the use of the venue, coffee/tea and an extensive buffet lunch. Facility costs do not apply to virtual courses.
You will receive an invoice upon receipt of your enrollment form. Please insure payment is settled within 30 days or before start of the training, at the latest.
The PCM1 is a 3-day training course. Admission to this program is charged at a daily rate. You are not obliged to stay at the venue overnight, but you may stay in the hotel if you wish. If you would like to book one or more overnight stays at the venue and/or dinners, please contact the venue directly. Competence cannot book overnight stays and/or dinners on your behalf.

The PCM training programs are accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) for Continuing Coach Education (CCE). All ICF certified coaches get the following CCE units:
PCM 1 – Core Topics is 5 Core and 8 Resource Development CCE units
PCM 2 - Advanced Topics is 5 Core and 7 Resource Development CCE units

At the end of the Stress-free communication with PCM course, you will receive a certificate which shows that you participated.
