What does the investment of time and money yield for you?
Co-Active Coaching is a powerful approach to coaching. It emphasizes equal partnership between coach and coachee to promote personal growth and professional development. In this article you will discover the Return on Investment of the Co-Active Coaching Training. Be surprised by what valuable results the training provides. Whether you want to become a coach, a manager who wants to better manage your team or improve your communication skills in general.
The Co-Active Coaching Training is based on the Co-Active Coaching model developed by the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). This approach emphasizes equal cooperation between coach and coachee, with both actively contributing to the coaching process. The training focuses on developing core skills such as listening, asking questions and acting intuitively. Within Co-Active Coaching, the goal is profound personal transformation, with participants learning primarily through lots of practicing and doing. We call this experiential learning.
What makes Co-Active Coaching unique is the use of the unique Co-Active model, based on neuroscientific knowledge and its versatility. The principles can be applied in a variety of contexts, including leadership, business development and personal growth. Upon completion of the program, participants can earn a certification that is recognized worldwide by the International Coaching Federation and is in high demand in the business community. This certification serves as evidence of professionalism and proficiency in applying Co-Active Coaching principles and allows you to earn your ACC (Associated Certified Coach) title.
"For anyone curious about Co-Active and what it can do for you, my advice is: just do it. I often wish I could have discovered it earlier when I was still working in leadership roles. How much stronger could I have been as a leader?"

"I really enjoyed the Co-Active Fundamentals! I dare say I'm quite a 'critical learner' and always need a day to open up to others. This time it happened naturally. The training truly exceeded all my expectations. The professionalism with which it was delivered was amazing. I've already gained a lot from it and look forward to the next step: Co-Active Intermediate!"
