ORSC – Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching – is an integrated and powerful coaching model grounded in Relationship Systems Intelligence. While Emotional Intelligence focuses on our relationship with ourselves, and Social Intelligence on our relationship with others, Relationship Systems Intelligence takes us a step further: it shifts the focus to the relationship with the entire group, team, or system. This paradigm shift – from engaging with individuals to engaging with the “Third Entity” – opens the door to new possibilities for creating sustainable and resilient teams and organizations.
In a rapidly changing society, the Dutch National Police is faced with growing diversity and increasing tensions. Their challenge: to build strong internal and external relationships and create space to listen and respond. ORSC provides the framework to do just that. By focusing on connection and dialogue, the Police found in ORSC a practical tool to navigate complexity and strengthen collaboration.
"For more than ten years, I have been involved with the National Police as an external coach and trainer. Over the years, I have been struck by the passion within the organization, which is both complex and under a lot of pressure. My hope and confidence is that, based on systemic thinking, I can contribute to further development through enjoyable collaboration."
