Beth Yoder specializes in helping local talent succeed in the global arena. She works at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, with her focus as a Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion Officer. Through experiential learning focused on application and outcomes, she designs and facilitates multicultural team training, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and applies an intercultural perspective to talent development.
Beth trains the next generation of learning professionals as an ATD Master Trainer® also for the ATD Talent Development programs run by Competence. Beth has lived and worked throughout Europe, Middle East, North America, and Africa. She has a master’s degree in intercultural relations from the University of the Pacific.
