Over the course of three immersive days, you’ll explore how systems thinking, adult learning principles, and insights from neuroscience can enrich the way you design, facilitate meaningful conversations, and guide groups, resulting in powerful and lasting impact.

This program is especially crafted for pairs who co-facilitate, co-train, co-present or co-coach and want to create and deliver seamlessly and in-sync with others. The dynamic of two people facilitating together creates a deep connection with and a sense of energy and safety that support learning that sticks. It blends science, relationship systems theory and real-time practice into a learning journey that is both rigorous and enlivening.
Alchemy is hands-on, tool-rich and designed for immediate application. No prior training is required, only curiosity, a willingness to experiment, and the desire to grow your impact. You’ll work with concepts and practices drawn from multiple frameworks, to deepen your ability to:
