Master the essentials of Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) with the ORSC Fundamentals course. You have the choice of attending this course as a standalone workshop or combining it with the ORSC™ Intermediate course.
The Fundamentals course is your entry point into the world of ORSC™, putting you on a track to the ORSC™ Intermediate level and the CRR Global ORSC™ Coaching Certification program.
This two-day workshop gives you a solid understanding of this ground-breaking coaching system. You&rsquo discover the five key ORSC tools, which you can immediately apply to your work. These tools are:
ORSC Fundamentals (CRR Global - English) is a two-day course.
On the first evening of the training, you will hold a real-life practical coaching session with a relationship/partnership as a homework assignment. This means coaching a relationship of your choice, consisting of at least two individuals. You may choose to coach two business partners, colleagues, siblings, friends or a couple as long as they have an existing relationship. This 45-minute appointment should be arranged prior to the start of the course. The leaders will give you more detailed information about this assignment during the first day of the course.
Virtual classes
The ORSC Fundamentals virtual course is 2 full-days 9.00 AM till 5.30 PM. On the first night of the training, you will hold a real-life practical coaching session with a relationship/partnership as a homework assignment.
The price of the training course is € 925,- (excl. 21% VAT).
Do you pay the invoice yourself? Then you automatically get a beneficial advantage. No 21% VAT will be charged. The price will then be € 925,-.
Payment method
You or your organization will receive a digital invoice from Competence Training Institute which can be paid via bank transfer. Or use the payment link in the email for an internet or credit card payment (Mastercard or Visa). Please ensure that payment is made within 30 days of the invoice date and at the latest before the first day of class.
Facility costs
The price for the use of the accommodation, coffee/tea and an extensive lunch buffet is € 175,- (excl. VAT). You obviously do not pay any facility costs if you choose the online course in the 'virtual class'.
Package deal
If you register for the Fundamentals and Intermediate course at once, you will receive a 10% discount on the total price of the training courses. The only preparation necessary for ORSC Fundamentals is to schedule in two 'clients' from your network who have a relationship with each other (for example 2 colleagues/siblings/partners). The coaching-conversation takes place after the training on the 1st day. This gives you the opportunity to immediately practice what you have learned. The conversation should take about 30 to 60 minutes and can be done either face-to-face, by phone or online. The content of the coaching-conversation stays private between you and your clients. The next day you will discuss in small groups your experience of the coaching conversation.

Certificate
At the end of the ORSC Fundamentals (CRR Global - English) training, you will receive a certificate which shows that you participated in a 12-hour coach training. This certificate gives access to the ORSC Intermediate course, the next level of the ORSC curriculum. The ICF has stipulated that you cannot miss more than one hour of an ICF-accredited course.
