Get to know Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) through this online information session. An ORSC faculty member organizes a live session of one hour, during which you can experience part of the training and ask all of your questions.
The trainer gives you a taste of the program in an interactive way. During the session, you will complete a short exercise and reflect on your own practice situation. You will explore the Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching™ methodology (ORSC™), a groundbreaking model for coaching relationship systems in organizations, groups, teams, partnerships and couples. The breakthrough paradigm shift in ORSC is considering the relationship as the client, rather than each individual involved in the system.
By becoming an ORSC practitioner, you will become aware of your own impact on the bigger picture and be able to consciously design your relationships. You will learn an invaluable set of tools to coach others to do the same.
Our aim with this information session is to give you a taste of the training. Therefore, we are going to introduce you to a small section of ORSC. We will work interactively and you are invited to participate in the various training methods.
