You are looking for a proven framework (Kotter’s methodology) that connects direction, activation, acceleration and embedding. Advanced Change Certification is designed for professionals with at least Bachelor’s level (HBO) working and thinking ability who want to lead change in a structured and measurable way.
The Advanced Change Certification program consists of 5 days of 9 hours (in-person or virtual) or 10 half-days of 4 hours (virtual).
