Course Information

Who is Leadership Embodiment for?
Everyone! Although leaders, managers, entrepreneurs, trainers, coaches and consultants can especially benefit from Leadership Embodiment, anyone who experiences stress and pressure can also strongly benefit from this training.

What is the group size?
The maximum group size is 12 participants.

What can I expect from the training?
We work with deep, simple exercises that allow us to positively influence our state of being with our physical posture, breathing and mental focus.

Do I need to be in good physical condition to participate in the training?
All exercises are done sitting or standing - there is no major physical exertion.

Is there any preparation or homework before or after the training?
No there is no specific preparation or homework, but we do recommend that after the course you regularly practise what you have learned. This enables you to get the very best from the training. If you like reading, we can recommend the following book Leadership Embodiment: How the Way We Sit and Stand Can Change the Way We Think and Speak (Wendy Palmer and Janet Crawford) and (only in Dutch) De Verborgen Dimensie van Leiderschap (Anouk Brack).

Who is the trainer?
All the trainers are certified Leadership Embodiment trainers.


Certification and Accreditation

Can CCE units be gained with Leadership Embodiment?
ICF-certified coaches receive 14 ICF training hours (CCE units) for Leadership Embodiment Fundamentals.

What certification is given at the end of the training?
You will receive a certificate from the Leadership Embodiment institute (level 1) which shows that you participated.
