Both programs qualify as the ‘prerequisite' for the ORSC Core Curriculum.

  • ORSC Fundamentals – a program designed for coaches. As a participant you work as a coach with relationships, couples and teams. Therefore you will practice with private and work related scenarios and coaching demos.
  • ORS@Work – a business-oriented program designed to understand Organization and Relationship Systems at the Work place. You are a leader, manager, HR Director, L&D and part of a team or a work relationship. It can also be that you have a double role, and coach within the same organization. You will practice with work related scenarios and coaching situations.

The Foundation of ORSC™ explores a groundbreaking model and whether your area of practice is 1:1 coaching, relationship coaching, agile/ business or team coaching; working with the ORSC™ model will change the way you coach!

About ORS@Work

You will learn the five key ORSC Tools plus learn to tackle some of the common ailments that plague work environments: ineffective or toxic communication, confusion about roles on a team, low team morale or burnout, conflict avoidance and lack of creativity & productivity.

By the end of this course:

  • Your teams will be more resilient, positive and fearless in the face of conflict.
  • Individuals will be more engaged, inspired and adept at navigating politically-charged situations.
  • You will be better equipped to handle mergers, acquisitions, downsizing and growth.
