Co-Active® Synergy gives you the opportunity to fully integrate all the techniques and skills you acquired in the three previous Intermediate courses, Fulfillment, Balance and Process. This final course of the Co-Active® Intermediate Training program encourages you to focus more deeply on yourself and others, and to trust that the direction you need to take is already inside you.
Synergy provides you with the valuable insight that the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. In the Co-Active® model, the threads of life purpose, the Leader Within, allies and saboteurs, Fulfillment, Balance and Process all come together to create a cohesive, powerful skillset for connecting with others and cultivating personal growth.
During this course, we’ll cover topics like these:
Co-Active® Synergy is the last course in the Co-Active® Intermediate Training program, along with Fulfillment, Balance, and Process. These courses are offered in English, Dutch, and German. Completion of this 3-day course earns you 21.25 ICF Core Competency CCE units. The prerequisite to enrollment in this course is Co-Active® Process.
The price of the training course is € 1595,00 (excl. 21% VAT).
Do you pay the invoice yourself? Then you automatically get a beneficial advantage. No 21% VAT will be charged. The price will then be € 1595,00.
If you register for the Fundamentals and Intermediate course at once, you will receive a 10% discount on the total price of the training courses. The price for the use of the accommodation, coffee/tea and an extensive lunch buffet is € 262,50 (excl. VAT). You obviously do not pay any facility costs if you choose the online course in the 'virtual class'.
You will receive a digital invoice from us, which can be paid via bank transfer. Or you can use the payment link in the email for an internet or credit card payment (Mastercard or Visa). Please make sure it is paid within 30 days of the invoice date, but no later than the first day of class.
During the Co-Active® Synergy course, you will be guided by two professional trainers and two assistants. All trainers are certified by the Co-Active® Training Institute (CTI) and experienced in applying Co-Active® methods in a wide range of business and personal scenarios.
You may hear the word experiential a lot, but we truly emphasize experiencing, witnessing and practicing. Everything you learn, you will also try yourself, always with real-life examples. Be prepared to be vulnerable and to step into some powerful and sometimes uncomfortable conversations.
Each section of the four-part Intermediate course (Fulfillment, Balance, Process and Synergy) is a 3-day workshop. On the second evening of the workshop, you will hold a real-life, one-hour coaching session (by telephone or via an online platform), working on a specific topic with someone from your professional or personal network. The next morning, we will evaluate the results of your coaching session.
Admission to this program is charged at a daily rate. You are not obliged to stay at the venue overnight, but you may stay in the hotel if you wish. If you would like to book one or more overnight stays at the venue and/or dinners, please contact the venue directly. SUAS cannot book overnight stays and/or dinners on your behalf.
Each section of the four-part Intermediate course (Fulfillment, Balance, Process and Synergy) is a 3-day or 5-day workshop. You can choose from two formats, a) three consecutive full-days from 9.00 AM till 17.00 PM or b) five consecutive half-days from 9.00 AM till 13.30 PM.
The maximum group size for the training course is 26 participants.
Competence Training Institute is proud to be an exclusive licensed partner of the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) in Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg), DACH Region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) and the Nordics (Norway, Sweden, Denmark). We offer virtual and in-person courses.
At the end of the four-part Co-Active Intermediate program, you will receive a certificate which shows that you participated in a 104-hour ICF-accredited Training program. This certificate gives access to CTI’s Certification program, the final step of the Co-Active curriculum. The ICF has stipulated that you cannot miss more than one hour of an ICF-accredited course.
The International Coaching Federation (ICF), established in 1995, is the worldwide leader dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards, providing independent certification and developing a global network of credentialed coaches.
At the end of this Intermediate course, you will receive a certificate which shows that you participated in an ICF-accredited training program. This certification qualifies you to participate in the next Intermediate course in the Co-Active curriculum. The ICF stipulates that you cannot miss more than one hour of an ICF-accredited course.
